Did the 4/3 on the Eb stay static to create a M7 on the Ab?
Nah. I dropped that Bb (the tonic from the Eb) under the whole chord once you hit that Ab9. Otc, I play that Ab9 like an Ab6/9 (with the F above the Eb) to make it easy on my hands. So it would make that Eb the 5th of the next chord and I could leave my finger there to play the 4 and 5 (I like the dissonance) on the Bm7 if I didn't want to play that g#m6. But that's just me. Lol

seeing as you're in the key of B calling it F#Maj7 would make more sense
